1. Who we are
SoulMates Quest (the website www.soulmates.quest and the SoulMates Quest app) is operated by REAL4LIFE LTD, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom, company number 15724723, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us").

- point of contact for authorities: [to be confirmed]
These terms are an agreement between you and us. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data; it is information, not part of this agreement.
2. Who can use SoulMates Quest
- You must be 18 or over to create an app account and to answer a friend's quiz.
- Give true information about your age, gender and birth date. Do not use someone else's identity or photos.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in details safe.
3. What we offer
- Readings: horoscope, tarot, numerology and the Moon calendar on the website and, in the app, personal readings based on your birth details and answers.
- The friends' quiz: you can share a short quiz with friends. Their answers reach only you.
- Matching is not publicly available. It is being prepared for a limited pilot. Taking part will need a separate agreement in the app, including explicit consent for information that can reveal your sexual orientation.
- The app is not available in app stores. Features may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn, and we do not promise that any feature will be released or available at a particular time.
- We do not promise that you will meet anyone or that any person will suit you.
4. Readings are for reflection
Readings draw on traditional astrology, tarot and numerology. They are for reflection, not prediction, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions about your health, safety, money or relationships based only on a reading. If you need help, contact a qualified professional or the emergency services.
5. Our content
Our horoscope texts and tarot meanings are written by us, and the tarot deck is our own artwork. These, and the design and software of the service, belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use of the service, and share links and the share images the service creates. You may not copy, sell or republish them, or use them to train automated systems, without our written permission [to be confirmed].
6. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you post (profile text, photos, messages, answers). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit it only to run the service, for as long as it is on the service and for the periods in the Privacy Notice.
- You confirm that you have the right to post your photos and that they show you. Photos of children, nudity and sexual content are not allowed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk or exploit anyone;
- post or send content that is illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, or that infringes others' rights;
- ask anyone for money, or offer or promote commercial or sexual services;
- advertise or spam;
- impersonate anyone, create fake profiles, or use the service if you are under 18;
- share another person's private information without their consent;
- scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or bypass its security or limits;
- try to identify members or obtain information you are not allowed to see.
Meet people with care: we cannot check every member's identity or behaviour. See Safety and reporting.
8. Reports and moderation
- In the app, you can block a member and report a profile or conversation using Report or block.
- Anyone, including people without an account, can report content they believe is illegal, or a safety concern, by writing to the safety address. Please say where the content is, why you think it is illegal or harmful, and give your name and email address so we can reply.
- Review: reports are reviewed by people. We do not use automated content moderation. Review process and response times: [to be confirmed]
- Decisions: if we remove your content or restrict, suspend or close your account, we will tell you what we decided, why, and how you can challenge it, unless the law prevents us.
- Challenging a decision: write to the safety address within [to be confirmed]. Further options for resolving disputes: [to be confirmed]
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put others at risk.
9. Deleting your account
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or by writing to the privacy address from your account's email address.
- Deletion in the app is immediate and cannot be undone. Conversations you share with others end for them too.
- Some data is kept afterwards, as explained on Delete your account: safety reports, without the link to your account, for 12 months from submission, and, if you signed in with Google, Apple or an email link, your sign-in record at our authentication provider [to be confirmed].
- We may end this agreement under section 8, or if we stop offering the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Fees
The service is free. We do not take payments. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms before you buy, and nothing will be charged without your explicit confirmation.
11. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing the service. We are not responsible for the behaviour of members, inside or outside the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Further terms: [to be confirmed]
12. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
13. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and courts: [to be confirmed]
Please contact us first at the general address so we can try to resolve any problem.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for valid reasons, such as new features, changes in the law or security. We will tell you in the app before a change takes effect [to be confirmed]. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect.
